I LOVE to HUG! This blog is dedicated to my personal goal to educate and help make the world a safer place to share this simple, yet profound gesture. It is my personal mission to increase hug abundance on the planet and make a difference one hug at a time. My hope is this blog will serve as a vehicle to connect with other huggers who wish to join me in this endeavor.

FREE HUGS Booth huge success at Health Expo
Since my last posting, hosted a FREE HUGS Booth at the annual Seal Beach Be More Healthy Expo in March. Recruited four volunteer huggers - Joanne Lench, Ashley Villarama, Laura Ellsworth and Yaseng Yann to serve as Official Huggers at the expo. The gals shared hugs and distributed Daily Hug Prescriptions to exhibitors and attendees throughout the day.
To kick off the educational presentations during the expo, I had the opportunity to give my Reader's Digest Condensed Version of my Hugs for Your Health presentation and entitled it Have you had your hugs today?
In my presentation I shared the Daily Hug Prescription:
Encouraged everyone to follow Proper Hug Etiquette aka the Rules to safe hugging:

Wow, I have been remiss in blogging, so it seems only fitting to get back at it TODAY!
Happy Valentine's Day!
May your day be filled with laughter, love and an abundance of hugs!
Be sure to fill your Hug Rx and always exercise Proper Hug Etiquette. Review my previous posts for a refresher, in case you have forgotten.
Hugs to you-
